Consultation Terms and Conditions for Canadian Employers

• Consultation is intended to understand the employers' recruiting needs and determine eligibility. Consultation does not provide immigration advice, and the focus will be on recruiting foreign nationals.

• It is anticipated that the initial consultation will take place over Zoom.

​

• The consultation is free of charge. The consultation will be conducted by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in English or a French-speaking immigration-recruitment expert.

​

• Appointments will last for a maximum of 30 minutes.

​

• Upon completion of the interview, ImmigrativeJobs will provide a quotation for recruitment and immigration services based on the needs of the client.

​

• Client information and documents are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the consent of the client.

​

• This Agreement is governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec, as well as the applicable federal laws of Canada.

• Immigrative Visa Services Inc. is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is therefore bound by its bylaws, code of ethics, and regulations.
